Matsui Honkan is located 8 minutes on foot from Hankyu Railway Shijo-Karasuma station and from Shijo subway station. Also, it is a 10 minute taxi ride from Kyoto station. The area is quiet and peaceful. The guest rooms are large and Japanese style; they come stocked with amenities such as nightgowns and shower supplies. The food is quite high quality and is made with local, seasonal ingredients. WiFi is available in the building.
