Shibu Tatsunokan is an isolated secret hot spring inn surrounded by the woods of Okutateshina and Shirakaba. Located a 30 minute bus ride from Chino Station, the hotel is known for its freshwater fish and fresh vegetable cuisine, and "Shingen's medicated bath." The hotel has reasonably-priced traditional Japanese style rooms that are deeply relaxing and come with a number of amenities. There are several trails around the hotel to enjoy the lush greenery.
