Sierra Resort Hotel Yuzawa is accessible from the Echigo-Yuzawa shinkansen station by a 10 minute hotel bus (advance reservation required). It is 10 minutes by car from the Yuzawa interchange on the Kanestu Expressway. The hotel has an open view of the Tanigawa mountain range, and the area is home to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the Japanese alps.
