If you are late for check-in time, please call the hotel directly.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to midnight. Your reservation will be canceled
if you arrive after midnight.
There are no telephones installed in the guestrooms.
If you cancel on the day of check-in or fail to arrive, you will be charged a cancellation fee
equivalent to 100% of the reservation. (We adhere strictly to the rules of our stay plans.)
If the stay plan provides different stipulations, we will adhere to those.
For reservations of 10 or more rooms, the group cancellation policy will be applied.
The hotel will inform you of this policy at a later date.
After midnight, the automatic door at the entrance will be locked due to the closing of the front desk
Only customers who have already checked in can enter.
