Unbearable noise from above, inconvenient room layout Noise Issues The noise from the room above was unbearable. Despite the rooms having the same layout, families with children are consistently placed upstairs, and the sound of kids running around echoes late into the night. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they claimed they had spoken to the guests, but nothing improved―most likely they never addressed it at all. If you end up with a family above you, expect to get no sleep. A standard business hotel is far quieter. Room The layout is terrible. When you open the door, you step directly onto tatami, and beyond that the flooring switches to hardwood. Naturally, some guests will walk on the tatami with slippers, which feels unhygienic. Overall, the room is extremely inconvenient. Location Everything around the hotel is priced for tourists. Diposting: 22/04/2026Tanggapan dari akomodasiThank you very much for your feedback We are very sorry that your stay was affected by noise from other guests When such situations are reported our staff responds and communicates with the guests involved to the best of our ability however as we operate a residential style accommodation it can sometimes be difficult to fully eliminate noise due to the nature of shared accommodation Regarding the room layout this is part of the traditional Japanese style design of the property and we apologize if it did not meet your expectations We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve guest comfort within the limitations of the building As for the location while it may feel tourist oriented it is centrally located with convenient access to nearby attractions and dining options We sincerely appreciate your stay and feedback and hope to welcome you again under better circumstances
