スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーでとても気分良く過ごす事が出来ました。一言言うなら食事があと一、二品あれば言う事無しでした。とても美味しかったのでもう少し食べたかったと言う事なのですが。

More than the expectation prior to visit, particularly in the hospitality of the hotel, which passed ten years or so after construction. The hotel management doesn't vie concentrating on their facility, but leveraging human strength at the most. They invested a lot on educating their staffers and establishing the system to raise their visitors' satisfaction. To my astonishment, not only seniors but also quite younger staff behave like decades-career attendants with prudence and humor, which we can't experience outside Japan. I really became confident that such a disciplined and sophisticated culture would make Japan the No.1 country having favored hospitality in the world.

とても清潔な宿で料理は素材を生かしたセンスを感じる美味しいものでした。 部屋からの眺めも高山の街並みも一望で満喫しました。 スタッフの教育も良く不愉快な思いはしませんでした。 また訪れたい宿です。

チェックインが座ってゆっくりでき、お部屋では客室係の方の丁寧な説明もあり良かったです。 食事もゆっくりできました。 チェックアウト後も車を置いたまま観光できるので便利です。 次は川側の客室に泊まりたいと思います。

赤い橋を見下ろす角部屋に宿泊しました。 食事の時も景色を楽しめるお部屋に通してもらい、何故か会う従業員の方が皆さん、○○様おかえりなさいなど、顔と名前を一致させていておもてなしの心意気を感じました。女性専用の古民家蔵のお風呂も素敵でした。もちろん食事もめちゃくちゃ美味でした。
