Japan|Age: 50s|Solo5Posted: 11/09/2023駅近の立地栄駅13番出口から徒歩5分、建物は小ぶりですが共有部分、部屋の内装ともに綺麗。1F右手のスペースが朝食コーナー、宿泊時のメニューはパン4種、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、シリアル、サラダなどの軽食バイキング。パン用の紙袋やコーヒー用の紙コップが用意してあり自室へ持ち帰れるのは◎ 不満だった点は、シャワー中シャンプーカバーが突然ハズレたのにはびっくり！心臓止まるかと！応急処置をした形跡があったので、もう少ししっかり直しておいて欲しかった。浴槽の詮も固定できず気がつくと閉まっていて水が溜まりちょっとイライラ。 ですが、こじんまりとしたお部屋は清潔で何より駅から近いのが便利で快適に利用させていただきました。朝食付きでコスパも最高♪また名古屋へ行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

栄駅12番出口より近くて、目的の愛知県芸術劇場まで行くのに便利でした。 近くにはコンビニやファミレスもありました。また近くへ行く際には利用したいと思います。

●良いところ ・駅から近い。（繁華街から近いので、騒がしいか懸念もあったが、５階の部屋が良かったのか、気にならなかった） ・カードキー、自動精算機などの仕組みがシンプル。 ●悪いところ ・背もたれのない椅子、小さめの机。寝るだけなら問題にならないが、出張時にPCを広げるとなると、手狭感を感じる。

チェックインした際、シャワールームに前の宿泊客？の使用済みのバスタオルがかけてありました。 連泊したのですが、ゴミ箱は片付けてもらえても缶、ペットボトル類はそのまま放置。 とても残念な対応でした。
