    食事がとにかく美味しくて欲張ってしまいます。温泉も眺めも泉質も良く、疲れが取れます。

    部屋のシャワーが弱かったです。備え付けのドライヤーもHighにしても冷風しか出ませんでした。シャワーもドライヤーも髪が長いので時間がかかり、大変でした。接客、料理、温泉はとても良かっただけに残念です。

    リニューアルされて1年の11階露天風呂付きプレミアムビューツイン、とても綺麗で設備も至れり尽くせりで申し分なく部屋付きの露天風呂から眺める山、階下を流れる川、景色抜群で紅葉シーズンは素晴らしいだろうと想像出来ます。 ブッフェに関しては賛否分かれるかと思います。 種類はそれなりにありますが味は普通で中には、何これ?と思う物も。 特にキリタンポはどうなんでしょう? 宿には申し訳ありませんが率直に言うなら県外の人にはこれを秋田の名物キリタンポだと思ってほしくない!あくまでもブッフェです。正直全然違います! コロナ禍で都度都度マスク、手袋して料理を取るのは面倒ですが、それは仕方ないとしても、敢えてそこまでするならマスクなし素手で親と一緒に料理を取りに来る小さな子供には注意してほしいです。 せっかくの徹底された呼びかけが台無しで全く意味の無いものになってしまいます。 料理が丁度子供の目の高さ、そこでクシャミして鼻水飛ばして泣きわめいて、朝夕、同様の光景を何回か見てしまい、これは勿論、親の責任ですが、放っておくのもどうかと。見せかけの呼びかけですか?と思ってしまいます。 ブッフェとはこんなものと割り切るべきなのでしょうか? 気になるのでまた行く機会があれば夕食はブッフェはパスしてお膳にしようか悩ましいところです。 今回は県民割、鹿角市独自のクーポンを利用してかなりお得に泊まれたのでそこは良かったです。

    備え付けのタオルで顔を拭いたら、顔中がホコリだらけになった。 バスタオルは大丈夫だったので、そちらで拭き直しましたが、減点ポイントとさせていただきます。

    今回で3回目です。行く度にお部屋がリフォーム?されていてキレイになっています。今回は洗面所が新しくなっていて良かった。スタッフさんも頑張っていて良かった。ただ残念なのは夕食のフルーツと朝食のフルーツが同じだった。せめて1品は変えて欲しい。
