道後温泉からも近く、ホテルについてからまわりの観光にも便利でした。 部屋付きのお風呂も道後温泉から引湯をしているそうで、わざわざ湯屋めぐりしなくても、気兼ねくゆっくりと温泉を満喫できてよかったです。 お部屋も綺麗で広くて快適でした。

食事、サービスは大満足です。 皆さんが褒められるので、あえて改善点を。 ・部屋 就寝時の照明。寝室から居間に向かう時、段差がかなり有り老人には危険です。真っ暗では見えないし、電気をつけ過ぎると目が覚めるし。普段から小型ライトを持参して対処しています。姿見の裏に隠れてある照明は良かったです。 ・空調 季節の変わり目で就寝中の調節が難しかったです。こうしたら良いという提案を示してもらえれば良かったかも。 ・風呂 冷めやすいです。構造上しかたがないと思うのですが。水を少なくしました。今回宿泊した別府のホテルでは似たような半露天風呂に３分割した木製のフタがあり、冷めにくくしてありました。コスト削減にもなると思います。必要ならホテル名をお教えします。 ・今後の八千代さん ここ５年間くらいは対象を団塊世代に絞り、それに向けたサービス、料理、価格を追求。数多い道後温泉の中で特色を出す。外国人客層もターゲットとして取り込む。タブレット端末内容は完全英語化をする。そして、将来の姿は高級化か中間を狙うか。北尾さん、摩耶さんの頑張りを無駄にしないために頑張って下さい。

神戸から観光も合わせ7時間ほどかけて行った甲斐があったと言っても過言では無いです。お部屋も食事も大変満足しました。働いている方皆さん丁寧で優しく有意義な時間を過ごすことが出来ました！ 少し私たちにはお値段が高いですがまたお金を貯めて行きたいと思えるお宿でした！

お部屋も2人では勿体ないほどの広さでした。露天風呂もお湯がたまると勝手に止まってくれるため気にしなくても大丈夫でした。お料理も全て美味しく大満足です。器も素敵で目でもとても楽しめました。接客も何も言うことなし。自分へのご褒美にこの宿を選ばせてもらいましたが正解でした
