・ Parking lots are on a first-come, first-served basis. If the car is full, we will introduce you to the contracted parking lot.

There are no beds or futons for co-sleeping children. Children's meals when sleeping together are the same as for adults (same content). No meals are available for children.

・ If your arrival time is more than 2 hours late, please contact the hotel. If you do not contact us and more than 2 hours have passed, your reservation may be cancelled.

・ If a hotel member applies from Rakuten Travel, the member benefits cannot be applied. If you would like a membership discount, please apply by phone or from the hotel website.

・ If you apply from Rakuten Travel and enroll in the hotel membership system on the day of your stay, the membership discount will be applied only this time after the enrollment date. Please consider joining.

If you would like to receive a membership discount from the next time onward, please apply by phone or from the hotel website.

・ For groups (11 rooms or more), please contact the hotel after making a reservation. We will have a meeting until your arrival. In addition, the cancellation policy for group reservations is different from the general cancellation policy (10 rooms or less).
