部屋 大浴場 掃除があまり出来ていない ほこりっぽくて宿泊次の日ハウスダストに負けてしまう感じ。 お料理 配膳の仕方次第が少し雑で残念 後 お米が残念でした。 キッズルームは良かったです。

7月の平日に、お得なプランで利用しました。 異国情緒漂う中庭や館内の調度品が特徴的な温泉旅館。 お風呂は大浴場、露天風呂、ミストサウナと揃っており十分と思いました。 お食事は、お得なプランという事を踏まえれば満足です。 館内にはコミックコーナー、キッズルーム、スーファミコーナーなど工夫されており、家族連れにも良さそうです。 接客は最小限で、お部屋への案内と食事処での給仕程度だったので、気兼ねなくのんびりしたい人に向いています。 帰り際お部屋に忘れ物をしてしまった事に気づかず、駐車場で探していたら、 ｢お忘れものです｣と駐車場まで持ってきてくださいました。 助かりました。

目的地の近くで、従業員さんたちも丁寧な対応で良かったです。

職員さんがとても優しく、心身ともに癒されました。 お風呂は小さめですが、同じ系列のホテルのお風呂に無料でいけるのでお風呂も楽しめました。また芝政に行く時は利用したいと思います。

■We do not allow cooler boxes to be brought in. You can leave your luggage at the front desk. (We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.)
