Notice from property

[Notice of accommodation tax] Due to the enforcement of the Fukuoka Prefecture Accommodation Tax Ordinance and the Fukuoka City Accommodation Tax Ordinance, the following tax amount will be charged per person per night according to the accommodation fee settlement method from April 1, 2020 (Wednesday). We will collect it at check-in.

Accommodation agreements stipulated by the Hotel shall apply to the accommodation contract with the Hotel. Please contact each hotel for details of the accommodation agreement.

The hotel charges include consumption tax. Please be careful.

Accommodation charge under 20,000 yen (excluding consumption tax): 200 yen (prefectural tax 50 yen, city tax 150 yen)

Accommodation charge 20,000 yen (excluding consumption tax) or more: 500 yen (prefectural tax 50 yen, city tax 450 yen)

[Group customers (15 people or more)] No-show: 100% / Cancellation on the day: 80% / Cancellation the day before: 50% / Cancellation 9 to 2 days before: 10%

As a general rule, accommodation charges are paid in advance.

Parking will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. (1,500 yen per car per night)

As soon as the parking lot is full, we will guide you to a nearby parking lot. Please note that parking fees for nearby parking lots will be borne by the customer.
