Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)2Posted: 01/06/2023当日は、残念なお天気で 室内でジェンガをして過ごしました。 お天気に非常に左右される施設だと思います。 当日のスタッフさんの対応も良く、食事も満足していますが、宿泊前に人数変更可能かを問い合わせで電話をした際の、スタッフさんの感じが…悪く、それを引きずったままでしたので 私個人は楽しめませんでした。 （宿泊のキャンセルと思われたようで、態度が豹変して 驚きました） 最後まで話をちゃんと聞いて欲しかったです。

大人二人と4歳の子供の計3人で利用しました！一日目の夜から雨でしたが、音が気になる人はいると思いましたが、私達は気になりませんでした！食事の量も多いと感じるくらいでした！持ち込みができたのも良かったです。1日目に隣接している公園の遊具で子供を遊ばせ、大人はのんびり眺めていました。テレビがないので非日常を楽しめました！キャンプファイヤー、花火ができて良かったです。

スタッフのみなさんが親切丁寧です。 お食事も美味しく、初めてリピートしたいと思いました。 花火やマシュマロ焼き体験、ヨガ、ボードゲーム、バトミントン、色々と楽しめて最高でした。 外で飲むコーヒーの美味しさが忘れられません。 是非また行きたいと思います。

初めて泊まりました。どこを見てもキレイでスタッフの方も皆さん感じがよく素晴らしい対応でした。夕食も大満足の味と量でした。 今回、大人4人と7ヶ月の子を連れての宿泊でしたが受付時にデラックスタイプのお部屋を提案くださいました。お陰様で広々と過ごせベランダもゆったり楽しむことができました。 また帰宅後に忘れ物に気付きお電話させていただきましたが、親切にそして迅速に対応いただき感謝しております。ぜひ今度は別のタイプのお部屋にも泊まってみたいです。

キャンプファイヤーでマシュマロを焼いたり手持ち花火を持って行って外で花火できたり泊まった部屋がロフトのベッドがあったので子どもが大喜びでした。 自分で持ち込んだ物のゴミを持って帰らないといけないのが大変でした。
