[A journey of new encounters along the way. Tohoku [Breakfast] [Dinner]

===■ Served with ingredients and tableware that allow you to fully enjoy Aizu culture ■=== Nishikiya, with its 100-year history, has renewed not only the food but also the tableware to reflect the Aizu traditions, so that you can feel the traditions that have been preserved and passed down in Aizu even more. ■■New dishes using large plates of Aizu lacquerware and Tenshogama■■ The food is served in a style where you can enjoy local dishes one plate at a time on a hand-salted plate. The dishes are handmade local dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients. A variety of dishes that you have never eaten or seen before will be lined up on the dining table. Aizu lacquerware: Original teshio plates depicting Aizu scenery, folk tales, and Shimogo-machi (Ouchi-juku) Tenshogama large plate: Warm tableware made with local Shimogo-machi materials <<Examples of dinner>> ○Kozuyu: Root vegetables are boiled in a light soup with a strong dashi flavor. ○Shingorō: Aizu's traditional "hime shingorō" is a dumpling made from rice that is crushed for 80%. ○Pickled herring with Japanese pepper: A robust flavor with a spicy aroma of Japanese pepper. ○Horse sashimi: Fresh red meat served as sashimi is a common style. But we can add some variety... We value seasonal ingredients, so the menu changes depending on the season. ■■Hot springs■■ Yunokami Onsen is a hot spring with an abundant supply of water. The water is slightly alkaline, with a pH of 8.2, and is soft, clinging to the body. Please spend a relaxing time in this exquisite bath that flows directly from the source. Enjoy the two types of baths, the "cypress bath" and the "rock bath," each with its own unique charm. : Bathing hours: 24 hours ■■Meals■■ Dinner from 6 p.m. A restaurant serving Aizu local cuisine. ■■Rooms■■ Each room has a different atmosphere, from Japanese modern rooms, to unique rooms with visible beams, to relaxing rooms. Enjoy a special time in this "relaxing space" built in the
