The traditional Gujo Odori Bon Dance, which has been held for about 420 years in Gujo Hachiman, Gifu Prefecture, takes place for over 30 nights from mid-July to early September! Especially the all-night dance from August 13 to August 16 is a vibrant festival filled with the passion of dancing until dawn. Approximately 1 hour and 12 minutes by car to Shirakawa-go. ■ Gujo Odori One of Japan's three major Bon Odori dances, 'Gujo Odori,' will be held from July 12 to September 6, 2025. 'Overnight Odori,' which lasts from 8 PM to 5 AM the next morning, will take place from August 13 to August 16. During the same period, Shiratori Odori (July 8 to August 26) will also be held.
