Natural Hot Spring Shirakawago no Yu (Located within the World Heritage Shirakawa-go Gassho-style Village) The only natural hot spring inn in the UNESCO World Heritage Shirakawa-go Gassho-style village. Located just about a 2-minute walk from Shirakawa-go Bus Terminal, it offers excellent access and serves as a perfect base for sightseeing in Kanazawa and Takayama. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the four seasons, enjoy a soothing time at this hot spring inn. [Hot Springs] Our pride, the natural hot spring, is a sodium-chloride spring. It warms you to the core, and the warmth continues even after bathing, receiving high praise. From the open-air bath, you can admire sacred Mount Hakusan and the Shogawa River, enjoying breathtaking seasonal views like fresh greenery in spring, autumn foliage, and snow-covered landscapes in winter. [Meal] Dinner features Hida beef grilled with magnolia leaf miso as the main dish, alongside seasonal banquet cuisine made with the blessings of the mountains and rivers. Relish the fragrant aroma of miso and the tender flavor of Hida beef, cooked to your preferred level of doneness. Breakfast offers a gentle Japanese set meal made with local ingredients. Please enjoy with the fresh air of Shirakawa-go. [Guest Room] We offer two types of rooms: Japanese-style and Western-style. The Western-style rooms feature Simmons double or twin beds to support a high-quality sleep. All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with Wi-Fi for your comfort. [Access] A 2-minute walk from Shirakawa-go Bus Terminal, and about a 5-minute drive from Shirakawa-go IC. Conveniently located near the shuttle bus stop for the Gassho-style village and observatory, making it ideal for sightseeing and strolling. [In-house facilities] Separate large baths for men and women, open-air baths, Wi-Fi throughout the facility, souvenir corner, and free parking (20 cars, first-come, first-served). *There are no private baths available. [Information] Check-in: 15:00-18:00 / Check-out: 10:00 A bathing tax of 150 yen (free for elementary school students and younger) will be charged separately.
