Thank you for your understanding.) *There are only a limited number of places to eat dinner on Miyajima Island. We recommend that you eat before crossing over to Miyajima. The number of ferry boats from Miyajimaguchi decreases after 8 p.m. Please confirm the boarding time before applying. <Pickup service> A free pick-up service is available from Miyajima Pier. Please call before boarding the ferry. Your car will be parked directly in front of the ticket gate. <Luggage> You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. <Other> - You can wear yukata in the shared spaces in the building. - Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated area. <Parking> We recommend using the public paid parking lots around Miyajimaguchi (parking fee is about 2,000 yen per night). (Sightseeing on Miyajima Island is mostly done on foot, so even if you are given a car, you will rarely be able to use it.) If you are giving away your car, please contact us by the day before. <About reservations> If the person making the reservation is different from the person staying at the hotel, we may ask for personal information of the person staying at the hotel and the person making the reservation (passport number and credit card information of the representative) in advance. Personal information will only be used to confirm the reservation and provide services, and will not be used for any other purpose. If there are 8 or more people staying at the hotel, we may ask for a deposit (reservation fee). In that case, we will send you payment instructions. If we are unable to contact you or confirm your payment, your reservation will be canceled.
