Japan|Age: 60s|Solo5Posted: 22/09/2023駅からかさを出さずに入れるのはよかったです。これには助かった面が多かったです。近所のイオンも商品が充実していたので食事なしプランの場合助かります。 残念だったのは千歳駅に特急がとまらないことです。

4度目の利用で今回初めて連泊しました。朝食バイキングのメニューの一部が1日目と2日目で異なっていることに気づき、飽きないよう変化を持たせている点に客への配慮を感じました。 また前回提案させて頂いたパンの案内表示も実行に移されており、朝食会場の従業員さんが口頭でもパンもあることを仰っており、千歳ステーションホテルさんの客の声に耳を傾ける真摯な姿勢が感じられ、好印象を持ちました。 フロントの方もいつも感じがよく、今回もとても気持ち良く利用させて頂きました。 次は来春になりますが、また利用させて頂きます。

明朝支笏湖に行くために泊まりました。 朝早かったため食事はいただかなかったのですが、お部屋は二人で狭くないちょうど良さでした。 お風呂がドアで仕切られていたのはゆっくりはいれてよかったです 駐車場も道を挟んだ立体駐車場を無料で使わせていただいたけたので助かりました。

駅直結で天気が悪かったので大変助かり、連日の野球観戦の為だったので便利な立地でした！ ロビーは狭いけど 素敵なお花が出迎えてくれました！ 部屋には無料のお水、これうれしいです！！ スマホチャージャーの充電器もフロントで無料で貸していただき、隣のDAISOで買おうと思ったけど開いてる時間に ホテルにおらずこれも大変助かりました！ 素泊まりプランで予約してしまったけどホテル自体朝食無料だったのでこれも、うれしかったです！ セブイレも目の前にあり便利！

この夏は仕事で何度も利用させていただきました。フロントの方々は大変感じが良く、また来たいなと思うような接客でした。 千歳市内の複数のホテルに泊まりましたが、接客と朝ごはんはダントツでした。
