Japan|Age: 20s|Family with kid(s)2Posted: 16/09/2023３歳０歳の子供と大人2人で宿泊しました。３歳の息子は、アソビバが気に入ったようで大はしゃぎ。温泉も初めてでしたが、ぬるめのお風呂で楽しめました。アメニティも自分で選べて子連れ旅行では良いかと思います。ホテル自体は古めでところどころ改装している感じです。ただ、部屋の清掃があまりされていないと感じたので評価を下げました。３歳の子供となると、あらゆる扉を開けたり、隙間にはいったりおもちゃを入れたりするので隅から隅まで目に入ってしまうのですが、ベッドとベッドの間や、隙間のゴミや埃、前の客のものなのか、食べかけのアメが落ちていたのも気になりました。子連れが多いホテルだからこそ、古くても清掃はしっかりしてほしいと感じました。子供がどこを触るにしても気を配らなくてはならず、早く帰りたいと思ってしまいました。ご飯については、アルコールもノンアルコールも無料で夫婦共々おいしくいただきましたが、子供用の椅子がベタベタしていたり、全体的に清潔感が足りない気がします。調理担当の方が、目の前でつまみ食いしてたのも気になりました。

以前両親と一緒に利用しました。 とても良かったので今度は2人で行きたいからと頼まれて代わりに予約しました。 夕食のステーキの実演コーナーが変わっていて残念だったようですが、相変わらずスタッフの皆さんがとても親切でしたし、今回もとても良かったと言っていました。

駅から距離があり、周りにレストランなどが案外少なく、受付で訪ねてもあまりご存知ないようでした。どこか予約していくか、夕食付きプランにすれば良かったと思いました。朝食はビュッフェで色々あり美味しかったですが、混んでいて中々案内されず、電車の時間ギリギリで焦りました。まわりの方も次の予定に間に合わないと苦情を出されていました。時間に余裕を持って行かれると良いと思います。 子供を遊ばせるスペースやスイーツビュッフェ等は面白かったですが、あまり美味しいお菓子はありませんでした。
