    ペットプランで宿泊しました。ペット棟のエレベーターが故障していたのですが ホテルの方が機敏に動いてくれ気持ちよくチェックインできました。お部屋も匂いとかも何もなく清潔でした。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。一つだけ言うならばタオルが少なくお風呂に何度か入るのに濡れたタオルを持って行かないといけなかったことです。

    今回ペット対応ルームを利用しました。たまたま当たりが悪かったのか、繁忙期で換気されていなかったのか、原因はわかりませんが部屋の臭いが酷く、私は部屋に入りすぐ吐き気を催してしまいました。主人は副鼻腔が悪く、あまり臭いを気にするタイプではないのにずっとマスクが外せないと寝るときもマスクをしておりました。食事やお風呂はとても良かったので評価したいのですが残念ながら部屋の臭いで全て消されてしまいました。帰宅してすぐに着ていった服など洗濯しましたがバッグなど洗えないものもありなんとなく臭いが残っているような…ペット対応ルームの口コミもこちらのサイトではとても良さそうだったので期待が大きすぎたのでしょうか。 今回50000円以上払ったのですがその価値は全くないという感想です。

    当日予約の平日だったため、とても安かったのですが、広々して、綺麗なホテルでした。お風呂も銀の湯、金の湯があり、露天風呂もあって良かったです。また行きたいです。
