・ The last check-in time is 24:00. In addition, please note that the front desk is not available from 2:00 to 5:00 except in an emergency.

・ Please check the cancellation policy for cancellation fees for cancellations of 9 people or less. (Please contact us for cancellation fees for cancellations of 10 people or more.)

・ Please be sure to call us when you arrive after the scheduled time. Please note that if you do not call us, we may cancel your request.

・ Toothbrushes and razors are not installed in the guest rooms for the purpose of environmental protection. We would appreciate it if you could bring what you normally use. If you forget it, we will prepare it for free at the front desk. * There are no combs or brushes.

・ Amenity goods are not available in the guest rooms. Water heaters, humidifiers, etc. will be rented at the front desk. (Limited quantity, first-come-first-served basis)

・ In consideration of the global environment, pajamas (one size fits all) are available on the 1st floor, and customers who need them can bring their own pajamas to their rooms. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

・ Cleaning time is from 10:00 to 15:00. If you are staying for consecutive nights and wish to stay during that time, please hang the "cleaning-free card" outside the doorknob.

・ There is no curfew, but for safety reasons, the entrance is locked after 24:00. Please call the staff by intercom.

・ No one other than the guest is allowed to enter the guest room floor. Please use the lobby for interviews and business negotiations.

・ If you make a pre-payment (credit card payment) at the time of booking, you cannot issue a receipt at the hotel.
