Last year's most popular Matsuba crab plan was the classic winter delicacy, the Tsubaki Zen Plan! Locally caught tagged Matsuba crab served as sashimi and half! This is a classic crab plan that also includes crab sukiyaki and grilled crab, using snow crab. It is a crab and meat kaiseki plan that also includes Kuroge Wagyu beef teppanyaki. This is our most recommended plan this winter, using the equivalent of about 1.4 cups of crab (including 0.7 cups of Matsuba crab) per person. Of course, the chef decides on a monthly theme for the appetizers, and they are almost all handmade with confidence!
