This is a collaborative project with a local sushi restaurant for those who want to eat fresh seafood and sushi when they come to Noto. Anamizu Bay (the inner ura of Toyama Bay), which is rich in fish species, is the center of the course, which includes not only sushi, but also grilled, simmered, and aemono dishes. (See photo) There is no medium or large fatty tuna, but please enjoy the seasonal ingredients such as hachime (Japanese name: Mebaru), yellowtail and fukuragi (children of yellowtail), red octopus (summer staple), bigfin squid and red squid. The amount is also substantial, so I think that small children can be satisfied by sharing with their parents. [Things to be aware of] ・Please make a reservation at least one week before the date of stay. (We may not be able to accept requests when the fish market is closed, sushi restaurants are closed, etc.) ・Please provide allergen information for all applicants. ・Depending on the weather and sea conditions, we may not be able to meet your request. ・Please check in by 17:00 for the final confirmation of the course implementation. ・Please enter the sushi restaurant by 19:00. (It takes about 18km to the sushi restaurant, about 25 minutes by car.) 【A happy event】 ・One free soft drink for children under elementary school age. ・Upon request, the host will take you to and from the sushi restaurant. (However, up to 4 people. Please eat and drink within 2 hours to manage the host's physical condition.) ・Upon request, the host will guide you to the “Yutarikan” (public bath, not a hot spring, but with a sauna) located on a hill overlooking Anamizu Bay (Uchiura of Toyama Bay). I will pick you up. (Up to 4 people. It is necessary to leave the hotel by 17:30. Please pay the entrance fee.) Breakfast is a "goat-san course" that makes use of goat milk from the goats raised at our inn. (Goat milk is said to have an odor and peculiarities without evidence, but try it first!) ・The main dish is the “Goat Cheese Hot Sandwich,” which uses homemade cottage cheese made from freshly squeezed goat milk. ・"Goat milk yogurt" made from freshly squeezed goat milk ・Dessert is "Fresh Goat Cheesecake" using goat milk cheese and yogurt
