Ryokan

Kanazawa Tatsunokuchi Onsen Matsusaki

Nomi City, Ishikawa, Japan
Show on map

This long-running ryokan was founded in the Edo period. Situated in the inner reaches of Kanazawa in Ishikawa Prefecture, it has even featured as the setting of a novel by the great Meiji author, Kyoka Izumi. Though it retains a traditional ambience, it is well equipped with various facilities, including open-air baths with directly sourced hot spring water. The ryokan is well known for its scenic location within a Japanese garden, and it has received praise for its skillfully crafted kaiseki cuisine that makes use of local ingredients.
