食事も一部バイキング形式もあり、バラエティにとんでいて、自分の好きな量で食べられるのはよかったです。 夜の踊りの鑑賞も楽しめました。 ありがとうございます。

予約時に電話で、今回の旅行が1歳になる息子と母親である私の誕生日祝いを兼ねた旅行であることを伝えたところ、宿泊当日チェックイン後にお部屋までフルーツと1口ケーキの盛り合わせをサービスで届けてくださいました。1歳になった息子は離乳食も順調に進んでいたため、普段なかなか食べさせてあげれないフルーツを何種類も食べさせてあげれて、息子も大変ご機嫌でした。子供用の取り皿やフォークまで用意してくださって、サービスにフルーツを選んでいただいたセンスやお心遣いに感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした。本当は部屋に設置されていたお客様アンケートや案内に挟まっていた便箋に感謝のお手紙を書きたかったのですが、子供のお世話もあり時間が足りず、こちらで感謝の気持ちを伝えさせていただきました。 子供用のアメニティセットや貸切風呂のバウンサーやベビーバス、朝食会場のベビーチェアや使い捨てのエプロンなど、至る所に赤ちゃん連れに対する配慮があり、子供が産まれてから初めての家族旅行でしたが、とても楽しめました。 今後盛岡に旅行に行く機会がありましたら、またぜひ利用させていただこうと思います。 1点だけ、お部屋の空調は風量しか変更できないようで、設定温度はホテル側で一括管理しているのでしょうか。 布団を被っても少し寒いくらいで、子供には持参したお気に入りのブランケットをかけていたのですが、寝返りをよく打つので度々何もかけてない状態になってしまって、子供の体がキンキンに冷えてしまいました。 もう少し設定温度を高めにしていただけると良かったです。

スタッフの皆さんが大変親切で、感じが良いです。 朝食バイキングが以前よりもパワーアップしていて、 特にパンとコーヒーの質がかなり上がった気がします。

8月28日に一泊でお世話になりました! ロビーにはドリンクやアイスキャンデーが置いてあり、自由にいただくことができました。 夕食はどれも美味しく、ハーフバイキングも付いていたので大満足です。 焼き立てのステーキが最高に美味しかったです。 息子の誕生祝いということで、飲み物をサービスしていただき感動!! 温泉も最高で、何回も入りました。 残念だったのが、曇り空で星があまり見えなかったこと。 晴れていたらきっと満天の星が見れたと思います。 是非、また宿泊して、今度はきれいな星空を眺められたらと思います。
