■Dinner The dinner menu has about 90 Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes! In the live kitchen, Kagoshima specialties "black pork" and "eel okowa" are steamed in a bamboo steamer with hot spring water from Sekihei Onsen. Sushi, tempura, steaks and more are also cooked right in front of you. You can also enjoy piping hot pizza and pasta. We also have a wide selection of local dishes such as "seared bonito" and "marinated silver-striped round herring" that go perfectly with Satsuma shochu. Feel free to eat as much as you like♪ ■Breakfast A Japanese and Western buffet with about 70 dishes. We have a menu that will give you energy in the morning, such as "chabushi," a local dish that is extremely effective in relieving hangovers and fatigue, made with dried bonito flakes from the famous Makurazaki region, and "Kagoshima ramen."
