    かなり前に宿泊しました　その当時夕食はバイキングではなく　大変美味しく頂きサービスも大変良かったと記憶しています　夕飯のバイキングは・・・料理の品数味はいいのですが　ゆっくりと食事をとれません　席が空くと テーブルの片付け消毒を隣でまだ食べているのに　バタバタ音をたてて・・　 温泉　部屋　立地共に良かったです。

    全体的に満足です 老朽化が目立つのでそこを見なければゆっくり過ごすには申し分なし 細かな部分に目が行ってしまう方は遠慮した方がよい (ex.風呂の天井、風呂に行くまでのショーケースが手入れされてない、露天風呂の周りの道具収納庫など) 昨年テコ入れされたばかりなのでこれから期待、と思えば気にならず。 しかし、どうにもならんのが大浴場と露天風呂の距離。だいぶ歩きます これも使い方次第。 お風呂を一気に楽しみたい方は不満になるだろうし、到着後にひとっ風呂、食後にひとっ風呂と無理なく使えば楽しめます 要所要所頑張ってる感があるので応援したいホテル。 朝晩バイキングを選べ、ライブキッチンもあり、ついつい盛り過ぎて食べ過ぎるのでご注意ください 朝食後の持ち帰りコーヒーは助かりました とても気持ちよかったです！ ホテル内のお手入れはゆっくり直していってください 期待しています

    ３月中旬に宿泊しました。浴衣が足りないなど、フロントに電話するも全く出ずじまい！！人手が足りないのか、直にフロントに行くも誰もいない、出てこない！！接客は悪いホテルでした。そして、部屋は暑くて眠れませんでした。宿泊施設に会員氏名が表示されるのもどうなんだろう！！実態の生の声なのに、、表示しないでほしい！！
