部屋が前の人の残り香？がきつかったので窓とドアを開けて 対処しましたが、リセッシュ合ったんですね〜 知らなかったです 口コミの回答でしりました（笑 お風呂もビジネスホテルでありがちなにおいがします カビキラー的な何か対処できるものがあると助かるかなぁ 今の時期はいいですが、エアコンの時期はあつかったりさむかったり 窓開けれないので・・
Reply from the propertyいつもアーベントホテル厚木をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 お部屋のにおいの件は申し訳ございませんでした。 清掃時に換気をしておりますが、その日の状況などにより空気を入れ替えきれないこともあるようで失礼しました。 また、ご利用いただいたお部屋のバスルームを確認させていただいたところ、においの原因としてシャワーカーテンの可能性も感じられたので交換いたしました。 定期メンテナンスも実施していますが、今後も改善してまいります。 リセッシュは貸出品としてですがご用意しているので次回ご宿泊時にはお渡しできるよう、情報控えさせていただきます。 次回も厚木にお仕事の機会ございましたら、当館へのご宿泊をお待ちしております。 ご投稿ありがとうございます。 フロント 鈴木

シャワーヘッドの固定部が故障しておりマグネットで応急処置的にとめてありました。元々はビス留、マグネットなので当然ズレるし外れます
