    恋人との冬の江ノ島旅行で利用させていただきました。 目的だったお風呂とお部屋からの景色は大満足できるものでした。 夕食も季節感のある会席料理でとても美味しくて、ついついお酒を飲み過ぎてしまいました。 気になった所は部屋の細かい所の汚れ（エアコンの送風口など）が気になりました。ロビーや廊下などは綺麗だったので、頑張って下さい。 設備面では、エアコン暖房は乾燥するので加湿空気清浄機などがあると嬉しかったです。

    食事も美味しくスタッフの方のサービスが秀逸。窓が塩で曇っており景色がよく見えなかったのは少し残念。立地は最高。

    江ノ島には何度か伺っていたのですが、当旅館がいつも気になっており やっと宿泊することができました。 宿泊当日は雨でとても寒かったのですが、洞窟風呂が少しサウナ的な感じもあり、とても温まりました。 またローマ風呂のスタンドガラスもとても素敵でした。朝食の鯵もとても肉厚で美味しかったです。 何より旅館の方々が皆さんいい人でゆっくりくつろげました。 ありがとうございました。

    ローマ風呂が気になっていたので、藤沢市の割引が使えるタイミングで宿泊しました。 総合的には古き趣のあるお宿という意味で充分に満足です。 素晴らしい点 ・古い旅館ながら、快適に過ごすためのアメニティ・設備は不足なく揃っている ・お風呂は唯一無二 ・夕食では海の幸を中心に、干し芋の天麩羅など一風変わったお料理をいただけた 気になった点 ・お部屋のウォシュレットのビデが出てこない ・スタッフの方々ほぼ皆さま感じは良かったのですが、一部事務的な印象を受ける方も見受けられた ・天麩羅など温かいものがほぼ冷めた状態で提供された（量や見た目は満足） 割引が入ってのお値段なら大満足でした。

    駐車場利用に関しもっと詳しい説明が必要です。富士山を望める可能性のある部屋をもっとアピールしても良いでしょう。上級武士以上が宿泊出来ていたお宿に私のような馬の骨が泊まってしまってスイマセンでした。
