    Taiza crab full course using 2/3 cups of high quality Taiza crab weighing over 1kg [Breakfast] [Dinner]

    [Hanakodemari course] (2/3 cup Taiza crab full course) In order to fully enjoy Taiza crab, The number of items has not changed, and the amount is a modest full course with two-thirds of a cup. It may look small at first glance, but we use Taiza Crab that weighs over 1kg. Enough to eat. It is also recommended for women and seniors. [Taiza Crab and Yoshinoya] Taiza crab has long been known to Kyoto through Nishijin textiles. The museum's predecessor (certified as a "Contemporary Master Craftsman" in 2009) spent two years from 1957, I completed a crab suki soup that was later praised as [Golden Soup]. In addition, he created [real crab sashimi], which he says, "My body trembled when it was completed." In 1960, we started offering [crab full course] that included grilled crab and crab miso soup. Taiza crab's charm has been further enhanced. Since then, we have been serving traditional flavors for 60 years.
