京都駅の目の前で、雨が降ってもすぐ地下に行ける階段もあるし、バスターミナルもすぐなので観光にとても便利でした。部屋も3人家族で問題ない広さでした。

Japan|Age: 70s|Solo4Posted: 30/09/2023久しぶりに利用させて頂きました。 古い建物は承知で利用してますので問題ありませんが、 低層階で西側の日の入らない部屋だったのは残念でした。 今回、朝食は、美濃吉で頂きました。賛否両論有るようですが、 とても京都らしい味付けで美味しい朝食でした。 とにかく、立地は最高です。

駅からとても近いのが決めてでしたが、荷物を、預けるにもスタッフの方々がとても丁寧で、とても居心地が良かったです！！

9月12日、13日に宿泊しました。 フロントの対応が悪すぎます。 ・2泊で予定していたのに1泊となっていた ・1泊目が1万400円なのに1万4000円と言われ、こちらが指摘するまでフロントが気づかなかった ・深夜0時前に部屋の呼び鈴とノックが聞こえ、のぞき窓を見るとフロントの方。ドアを開けると「枕をお持ちしました」といわれ、「頼んでません」と言うと「あれぇ？」と言いながら去っていきました。深夜に呼び鈴とノックされて怖くて仕方ありませんでした。 ・領収書に印字されている名前と宿泊日が間違っていた。会社のチェックが厳しいため再発行の必要があった。 わかりやすい立地にある、お風呂は浴槽が広くてよかった、清掃も行き届いている、朝食もおいしかったです。宿泊者が多く忙しいのかもしれませんが、フロントの適当な対応と謝罪なしの対応が目立ち最低でした。私は二度と使わないホテルです。
