おもてなしの 気が利いたサービス 居心地がよかったです。 オーシャンビューの景色も最高でした。 また利用したいです。

正直に書きますね。 パートナーの誕生日に海水浴を兼ねて旅行をしようと思い海水浴場の近くで口コミを見てこの旅館の紹介文ではチェックイン前に海水浴で着替えや海水浴後に水着のまま大浴場まで行けるって書いてあり、写真で誕生日に文字書きのプレートでケーキかデザートを提供してあるのを見て予約しました。 当日は１０時過ぎに到着してフロントに本日予約してる○○ですけど海水浴に行きたいので着替えとか海水浴終わりはどうしたら良いのか聞いたら、フロントにいた女性にとりあえずチェックインの紙に署名してくれと言われ署名した後にPCをイジり出したが操作が分からず無言で奥に消え、奥から男性が現れ3時まで部屋は使えませんのでと言われたので先に海水浴したいのでと伝えたらどうぞご勝手に的な言葉と態度で着替え場所や海水浴後の対応は何も説明が無かった。 こちらが改めて聞くと適当に説明され濡れた体ではフロントには来ないでくれとそこだけは強調して言われ、こっちがまだ確認してる途中で奥に引っ込みやがった。海水浴後に水着で入り口からフロントにこの姿のまま大浴場にどうして行けばいいのか声を掛けたら結局はフロントの前を通って奥の風呂場まで行ってくれとの事。ここでかなり悪印象です。 部屋に入りテレビを点けようと近づいたらテレビ画面が埃だらけでフロントに拭きにきてくれるように依頼。 夕食は舟盛りが出たが一人前を半分に切ったやろってくらいの量で全部の料理の量もかなり少なかった。 誕生日のケーキは事前に電話で確認してたけど普通の皿で出てきた。 露天風呂付きの部屋で夕食後に露天風呂に入ろうと思い湯を溜めて夕食場所に向かい部屋に戻って入ろうとしたら湯が全部抜けてた。 風呂の栓は抜けてなくちゃんとハマったままやのに湯は抜けてた。は？ってなったがもう言うのも面倒なので湯を張りながら入った。 朝は朝食前に車に物を取りにフロント前を通った時に男性従業員がいたが朝の挨拶なしだったのでこちらも無視しました。 何か全体的に近所の旅館より大きいから上から客を見てる勘違いサービスしてる感じです。 ８月はここを最後に３回旅行しましたがここは無いわって思いました。 まぁ、写真や口コミを信じ過ぎて期待したこちらも悪いですが、従業員の教育と部屋と料理のチェックはもうちょっと厳しい目で客目線で考えてもらいたい。
