    2月24日に宿泊しました。　値段に対して接客サービスが見合わず、再訪はありません。　若い従業員はお客に対する言葉遣いができていません。　気配りもできません。　チェックアウトの際に、玄関までクルマを持ってくる担当者が不在とのことで、玄関先でさよならされ、自分でカバンを持って駐車場まで歩きました。　このクラスの宿ならば、クルマを持ってこれないならば、駐車場までカバンを運んで引率することが行われます。　あると聞いていたウエルカムドリンクもなく、冷蔵庫に入っている飲み物をご自由にどうぞ、と言われました。　食事の際の給仕にも、違和感を感じる対応が少なからずありました。　従業員の接客サービスが期待を大きく下回りました。　また、大浴場の男湯が故障中とのことで湯船にお湯が張られておらず、お湯なしの寒い洗い場で体を洗う気にはなれず、部屋付のシャワールームで寒い思いをして体と頭を洗う気にもなれず、洗わずに帰宅しました。　部屋や料理は満足しましたが、接客、おもてなしに不満が残る宿でした。　値段と見合わない宿と思いました。

    素敵なお宿でした。食事は美味しかったです。大浴場の湯が塩素臭い。お部屋に置いてあったどら焼きは、生地がマーガリン臭プンプンで残念な味。チェックアウト時に、貰ったお菓子は美味しかった。案外壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋（子連れ家族）が扉を明け閉めする音、子供が走り回る音、父親が子供をしかる声が聞こえてうんざりでした。お値段高めな宿なので、常識的な客層と期待していたのに。この日、満室ではないようでしたから、うるさい家族は離れた部屋にして欲しいな。

    露天風呂付きのお部屋で、贅沢に非日常を味わうのに最適なお宿で、5回目の利用でした。お料理も美味しくて、毎回楽しみです。
