Standard plan to enjoy beauty baths and Shinshu kaiseki cuisine [Japanese breakfast] [Japanese dinner]

Located at the southern tip of Nagano, Hirugami Onsenkyo is known for its mountain village atmosphere in all four seasons and "the most beautiful starry sky in Japan." Sekitatei Ishida, located in this area, is a hot spring inn with only 19 rooms on a site of 3,300m2, a sukiya-style inn that makes the most of the space. Passing through the majestic "Ebisu-shamon", going through the Japanese garden and the stone-paved approach to the entrance, a spectacular Noh stage appears before your eyes. The pleasant changes in pace between grandeur and delicacy will take you to an extraordinary world. Each room you stay in is an independent, private space. Please relax in a room with a different interior design. The meals are authentic kaiseki cuisine that incorporates seasonal ingredients, including the bounty of the Shinshu mountain village. Although not flashy, the cuisine is orthodox, carefully designed to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. We recommend enjoying the hot springs, famous for their "beautifying skin baths," in the open-air baths. Soak in the cave-style rock baths, made from locally sourced natural stones, and enjoy the ultimate bathing experience under a star-filled sky. In the evening, you can watch traditional performing arts on the Noh stage, watch a DVD in the theater room, or have the skin-beautifying water all to yourself in the free private baths. Spend your time however you like. Our hotel values the "Japanese spirit" of Japanese architecture, cuisine, and hospitality. Enjoy a soothing time experiencing the traditional performing arts and Japanese inn culture of this region. [Ishidatei Ishida's hospitality] 1. There are days when you can watch traditional performing arts performances at the Noh stage "Shishinden" (Long-term closure during the 2,000-piece Hina doll display period from mid-January to April 3, and the Kuriya no Bureiko period in September) 2. Free use of the theater room where you can enjoy watching DVDs on a large 100-inch screen 3. Free use of the private hot spring bath 4. Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 11:00, maximum stay of 20 hours [Meals] ・Dinner...Authentic kaiseki cuisine using seasonal ingredients from the mountain villages of Minami Shinshu ・Breakfast...Select Japanese food or breakfast at check-in (until 18:00) Both dinner and breakfast will be served in the dining area (dining room, etc.) or in your room (※Cannot be selected) [Hot spring] Enjoy the "beauty skin bath" that boasts a strong alkalinity of pH 9.7
