Late autumn, winter, early spring. Why not explore the charms of Karuizawa during these seasons with your beloved dog? If you are interested in Karuizawa and eastern Shinshu, but not in the vibrant and lively green season, why not come and visit us? Of course, dogs are welcome in the cottage (any breed is OK as long as they are kept indoors and are taken care of for toileting and shedding), so please relax just as you would at home. There is also a dedicated dog run (approximately 150 m2). We have prepared a warm and relaxing environment for you, including a system kitchen and bathroom. There are restaurants (lunch and dinner) and cafes (morning and lunch) within a 2-20 minute drive (please check in advance for winter opening hours). Some stores allow pets and offer takeout. There are also major supermarkets and convenience stores within a 2-10 minute drive. It takes about 20 minutes by car to get to Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, and 12 to 15 minutes to get to Harunire and Taliesin. The Karuizawa-Saku region is known for its cold weather, but also for its high rate of sunny days. Why not take precautions against the cold and enjoy outdoor activities with your dog in the cold air?
