Enjoy seasonal dishes such as river fish dishes and Shinshu handmade soba noodles, mainly using seasonal ingredients from northern Shinshu. The main dish is Shinshu brand beef "Shinshu beef raised on apples" served in seasonal dishes. *If you have any allergies or dietary changes, please contact us at least one week before your stay. There may be cases where we do not receive a response or we may not be able to respond depending on the content. [Breakfast] Wake up with a fresh seasonal juice. The ``Rice no Tomo 6-piece assortment'' goes perfectly with freshly cooked rice. In addition, please enjoy Shinshu breakfast such as Miyuki pork steamed in hot springs. Breakfast will be served in the dining room. ■Hot spring ・The bath at our hotel is a slightly alkaline water that leaves your skin smooth and beautiful. ・The public baths are "Momoyama Momoyama" and "Shinonome Shinonome", and men and women are alternated. Our recommendation is definitely the Momoyama bath.
