Enjoy seasonal dishes such as freshwater fish dishes, Shinshu handmade soba, etc., mainly using seasonal ingredients from Hokushinshu. The main dish is Shinshu brand beef "Shinshu beef raised with apples" served with seasonal dishes. *For allergies or dietary changes, please contact us at least one week before your stay.
