Kasugayama Primeval Forest has been protected as a sacred area of Kasuga Taisha since ancient times and is registered as a World Heritage Site. Standing quietly in the midst of this, our hotel was built in 1903 as a facility for the governor of Nara Prefecture to entertain dignitaries. Please enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine that skillfully utilizes seasonal ingredients while gazing at the colors of the four seasons.

Spend some time talking with your spouse or family. □□ Guest room □■ It is a private space away from all rooms. We will prepare a spacious Japanese-style room. □□ Meal information □■ ・Enjoy standard kaiseki cuisine prepared with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. *If you have any allergies or disliked ingredients, please let us know when you make your reservation. A Japanese set meal is prepared for breakfast. For those who wish, we will prepare the Nara specialty "Chagayu". □□ Bath □■ Some rooms do not have baths, but we have two private baths. "Okuyama"... The ceiling and floor are all made of Takano maki, giving off a unique fragrance. "Wakakusa"... A bath with impressive leaf tiles that makes you feel like you are in the forest. In both cases, stained glass with Nara scenery as a motif shines beautifully. (We would like to ask you about your time of use, but we will have to coordinate with other customers.) ☆There is a free parking lot for those who drive. If you are coming by public transport, please take a taxi from the station. When coming by taxi, it takes about 10 minutes from Kintetsu Nara Station and about 15 minutes from JR Nara Station. *Please check in by 18:00.
