Yamato's kaiseki cuisine, which takes time and effort, is served one by one with all our heart. [Breakfast, Yamato chagayu] Yamato Chagayu, which is popular as a local food of Nara, is said to have originated in the old days when a monk of Todaiji Temple made and ate it. The rice porridge cooked with hojicha is smooth and not sticky, making it easy to eat. We will prepare a Japanese set meal with tea porridge. [Large public bath with a view] The bath is on the 4th floor. The great roof of the Great Buddha Hall and the magnificent view overlooking Mt.
