Cross the suspension bridge and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a different world. [Meals] ■Dinner: Basic Kaiseki Delicate flavors made with the finest ingredients from Niigata, a treasure trove of ingredients. While respecting the traditions of Japanese cuisine, our original dishes are not bound by convention and are a treat for both the eyes and the tongue. The head chef carefully selects seasonal ingredients and prepares them with care. ■Breakfast: Japanese set meal Rice, miso soup, egg dishes, dried fish, small side dishes, etc. For both dinner and breakfast, we use organically grown Koshihikari rice sourced from a contracted farmer in Niigata. *We provide both dinner and breakfast in your room, with the desire to "enjoy your meals without any worries." [Natural hot springs flowing directly from the source] The spring quality is "chloride sulfate springs and sodium chloride springs". It has a slight sulfur smell and is a little hot, but it is characterized by its "gentle touch". It has a "skin-beautifying effect" that is great for women, making your skin smooth. ■The open-air baths and indoor baths in the detached guest rooms are all natural hot springs.
