If you have decided on your plans, please make your reservation as soon as possible. ■□A special breakfast born from the "Niigata Breakfast Project"□■ The Niigata Breakfast Project is a collaboration between hot spring areas in Niigata to create a special breakfast with the theme of rediscovering the local food culture. ◆◇Accommodation Benefits◇◆ ◎Early check-in (from 14:00) / Late check-out (until 11:00) ◎Receive our hotel's original hot spring ingredients as a gift♪ ■□Breakfast□■ The rice is "Iwafune Koshihikari" cooked with the clear waters of the river where it was nurtured. The side dishes are based on the local cuisine of Sekigawa, and are a menu that incorporates special dishes created by the "Niigata Breakfast Project". ~Example of a [Summer] menu~ ●Sekikawa soup...
