    \Satisfied and full with double wild vegetable kamameshi and main course/ ■ A rich variety of wild vegetable kamameshi available only at our hotel, which is located in the mountains of the Kokonoe Mountains at an altitude of 1,000m. It's cooked in a pot, so it's slightly scorched and delicious! ■ The main products are Oita's two major brands "Bungo Beef" and "Kanjidori" ■ Enjoy touring the open-air bath, 3 private indoor baths, and Sujiyu Onsen's specialty, ``Utase-yu.'' ■ Dinner ■ Oita's two major brands "Bungo Beef" and "Kanjidori" grilled in lava and country Kaiseki Bungo beef with the natural flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the marbling. Kanjidori chicken has a soft and easy-to-eat texture that increases in flavor as you chew. Please enjoy Kanjidori chicken as chicken sashimi.    In addition, ``Inaka Kaiseki'' featuring appetizers, sashimi, simmered dishes, and other seasonal ingredients from the local Kokonoe town. The Kaiseki meal will be wild vegetable kamameshi. *Meals will be prepared in the open kitchen restaurant. *Contents may vary depending on season and stock availability. ■ Breakfast ■ Egg-cooked rice made with fresh eggs delivered directly from the farm, homemade tofu steamed from soy milk, etc. We purchase eggs directly from famous farms! The animals are kept free-range (free-range) on a large plot of land, and are grown up in nature with a focus on grain-based food. Please enjoy the eggs (fertilized eggs) laid by "non-stress chickens" "raw". *If you don't like raw eggs, you can also use fried eggs.
