観光の目的で利用しました。 新大阪駅直結という最高の立地に、室内にマッサージチェアがあるため、疲れをとるには最高でした。 当日は、体が予想より疲れていたため、早目にチェックインしようと電話で伝えましたが、快諾いただき、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 レインシャワーを初めて利用しました。体に降る湯がとても気持ちよかったです。 また観光するときに利用したいと思います。

中央口からすぐで楽々でした。子連れ旅行だったため、荷物をチェックイン前、チェックアウト後も預かってくれて大変助かりました。帰るとき、子供が寝てしまい、どこもカフェやら満員だったため、ホテルに荷物を取りにいくと、フロントスタッフの方が察してくれ待合のソファを使ってくださいと一言。大変ありがたかったです。 また利便性が抜群です。海遊館へ30分、万博記念公園へ30分と楽々でした。 はちみつ紅茶が大変美味しくて嬉しかったです。 子供のアメニティがバーバパパで可愛いかったです！ また利用させていただきます。
