駅に近くこの値段。納得すべきですかね。ただ、ホテルマンの対応とかお金の掛からない部分で努力出来る所あるのでは。 ロビーがコンビニのイートインスペースに開放され少し驚きましたが、効率的で感心しました。 喫煙スペースは設けるべきです。その辺での説明に呆れました。

1階がコンビニになっている事と駅からすぐな事はとてもいいですし、部屋が古いこともまだ我慢できたのですが部屋中至る所が隙間だらけで他の部屋の話し声や生活音が同じ部屋にいるのかと思うぐらい丸聞こえで過去に泊まったホテルの中で1番うるさかったし物音が苦手な人は寝付けにくいと思うのでオススメしません。全然眠れませんでした。 あとベッドがとても硬く体が痛くなりました…

仕事が遅くなったので、後泊のホテルとして選びました。素泊まりだったので食事の評価と、風呂の評価はできません。新大阪駅まで歩くのにさほど時間はかからなかったので、食事にも苦労しませんでした。一階はコンビニがあり非常に便利でした。ビジネスで泊まるだけなら立地的にももってこいで、また機会があればぜひ利用したいホテルです。

全国あちこちのビジネスホテルを利用しているが、アイロンの貸出しがない（「アイロンがない」とのこと）のは初めての経験！ ビジネスホテルとして基本ができていない。私にとっては致命的な欠陥。部屋にこれ見よがしにズボンプレッサーは立っているのに、くしゃくしゃのワイシャツで取引先に行けと言うことか？ 二度と利用しない。残念。
