To commemorate this, we have prepared a plan with a special course that is a modern take on the menu from when Eiichi Shibusawa stayed at the hotel about 100 years ago. Nikko Kanaya Hotel has moved with the times, from the Meiji era to the Reiwa era, and even today it retains a strong sense of the charm it had when it first opened.
