7月15日に宿泊しました。駅から近くて便利、フロントの対応も良かったです。 部屋の掃除が不十分なのか、ポットの置いてあるトレイは埃が積もっていました。 風呂のシャワーの水圧は低く、トイレのウオッシュレットも使えない状態でした。

3泊、お世話になりました。 部屋や設備は問題なかったのですが、フロントの対応が気になりました。 初日のチェックインの際、遠方なのでスーツケースを送っていて、それの受取りをしたいと伝えたところ、引換券を出してくださいって言われました。 送り状しかないと見せました。フロントの方がキョトンとされていたので、ホテルで渡されるやつだと思ってるんだなーと思いながらも、待ってると荷物持って来てくれました。 帰りも、運送会社の往復便のため、復路でお願いをしましたが、またわからないようで、こちらが全て説明しましたが、その日荷物は送られず、次の日「出し忘れた」と電話がありました。その電話も最初、何を言ってるんだ？と思うようなことを電話口で話していて、スーツケースのことか！と思うまでに時間かかりました。また復路の説明をし直しましたが、3日経ってもまだ荷物は帰って来ていません。 宅配便に慣れていないのか、わかりませんが、出来ないなら出来ないと言ってもらった方が、こちらは慣れているので自分で対処出来たのに、荷物が返ってこず、モヤモヤしています。 ホテルの立地や設備は良いのに、フロントの方がオドオド自信無さげにされてると、こちらも不安になるので、もう少し自信を持ってはっきり話して頂けると、こちらもまた安心して泊まれると思います。 その件以外は部屋も過ごしやすく、良かったです。

出張1週間お世話になりました。 設備は館内も部屋内も綺麗で滞在中特に不満ありませんでした。 朝食のビュッフェは日によって品物が変わると良かったと思った。 チェックアウト後に、スーツケースや上着を預かりますか？と声を掛けてくれました。 日中暑い中、重い荷物持って移動せずに済み、大変助かりました。 お値段次第ですが、またリピートさせていただきます。
