Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)2Posted: 28/05/2023今回初めて宿泊しました。ロビーからの眺めはとてもよかったです。 珈琲も飲めてくつろげました。 室内については、かなり気になりました。匂いがする。浴衣は、女子2人に男性用かと思われる丈のながい、Lサイズ2組。他の女性は、紺色の縦縞浴衣を着ていました。 また、エアコンは、自働設定で温度調節出来ず、暑かった。快適だと思いませんでした。 風呂場用のバスタオルと手拭い2点のみ。室内で、手を洗ったときは、何で拭くのでしょうか？ハンドタオル無しでした。 食事の座席。なぜはじめから決まっているのですか？早く行ったにもかかわらず、コーヒーサーバーの前で、人がすぐ横を行き来するところでした。 何回も言って替えていただきましたが、早く行った人から選べるホテルが多いですよ。フロントで決める基準はなんでしょうか？ 楽しみにしていましたが、がっかり感が多く、今後の使用はないと思います。

2階の部屋に泊まりました。 3階がリニューアル工事中でチェックインした15時過ぎも、朝は8時過ぎから工事の音がうるさくテレビすら聞こえませんでした。 土日の宿泊者が多い時にもう少し工事を待ってほしい。 こんなにうるさいなら予約時に注意事項で書いて欲しい。 他が良いのにとても残念です。

空港や植物園からも近く、またホテルからの眺望が良い。ロビーが広く明るく開放的でゆっくり寛ぐ事が出来て、風雨で待機中時には助かりました。 コロナの為夕食は有りませんが、却って地元のお店に接することが出来て興味深かったです。

支払い済みにも関わらず、チェックイン時支払いを要求されたことに驚いた。また、部屋のお風呂がとても臭かったのでゆっくり入れなかった。

年越しにと初めての八丈島でお世話になりました。 お部屋はバリアフリー改装後間もないようで、広いわけではありませんがとても綺麗で開放感もありました。 リゾートホテルのような感じではありませんが、総合してとても満足できるホテルでした。 ロビーにて頂いた年越しそばは美味しく、ついおみやげにと買ってしまいました。 なによりフロントの紳士な男性スタッフの方が終始とても丁寧・親切で感動しました。飛行機の到着時間が朝のため荷物をどうするかなど心配していたのですが、早めにお部屋の準備をしたのでチェックイン予定前でもいつでもどうぞとご連絡を頂けたり、タクシー会社の急な休業情報を教えてくださり朝食のみプランでしたので夕食の心配と提案のお電話まで。 おかげで早め早めに行動ができ、慣れない島での数日がとても快適に過ごせました。 是非またお世話になりたいお宿です。ありがとうございました。
