お部屋の壁紙が剥がれかかっていたり、机がちょっと触れるだけでガタついたり、快適とは言えないお部屋でした。廊下で出会った清掃の方々もこちらからお声をかけても会釈もなく驚きました。

お風呂の排水が悪く、シャワーを浴びていてもみるみるうちに、ふくらはぎのあたりまで溜まってきて気持ち悪かったです。

0点が有れば0点にしています。 1.バスルームにトイレットペーパーが散乱していた。 2.加湿器に水が残っていてカビだらけだった。 3.バスソルトが1個だけ？ チェックイン後すぐに1.に気がつきフロントの方に連絡した所トイレットペーパーを片付け、ゴミ箱の位置を直し、他に何かございますかで終了でした。この部屋は掃除されてないのではと聞きましたが終わっていて綺麗ですとのこと。 掃除が終わり、チェックをした後に誰かが使ったのでは？と聞きましたが掃除は終わり使っていません。この件は上司にも伝えておきますと言われた。 社内のことを私に言わなくて良いし、部屋を取り替えて欲しかった。 2.と3.は後から気がつきました。 日本を代表するホテルの名前が書かれたアメニティーがかえって悲しくなった。
