Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. □For stays of 6 nights or less, cleaning will not be performed. The following amenities will be provided to guests who request them at the front desk. Toothbrush, razor, body sponge, bath towel, face towel, bath mat, garbage bag, toilet paper, various sheets □For stays of 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be performed once every 7 days. Bed making, towel and nightwear change, replenishment of amenities, room cleaning, trash removal, etc. □ Cleaning will be done between 11am and 3pm on the 7th night. 【About cleaning for consecutive nights】 □ For guests who request cleaning, a fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged per visit. □ If you request cleaning, please exchange the fee and a cleaning ticket at the front desk by 11pm the day before. Trash bags will be collected every day. Please put your trash in a bag and put it outside your room (in the hallway) between 8am and 12pm. Staff will collect it. *Please note that we cannot collect trash that is left inside the room. 【For guests who have selected online card payment】 Receipts can be printed from the web page. Please note that we cannot issue receipts from the facility, so we ask for your understanding.
