    外人の仲居さんが間違えた情報だったので露天風呂に入り損ねて残念だった。 日本人には日本人の仲居さんにして欲しい。

    久しぶりの家族旅行で宿泊させて頂きました。 天気が良かったので、お部屋と露天風呂から綺麗に富士山が見えてとても良かったです。 食事も美味しく、サービスも良かったので是非また宿泊させて頂きたいです。

    従業員の方の対応・部屋・温泉・食事どれも素晴らしかったです。 屋上の露天風呂は最高。 夜の太鼓も迫力が凄かったです。 チェックアウト直後から、また、来ようと話してました。 ただ少しだけ残念だったのは、部屋の露天風呂からの景色も富士山が見え最高だったのですが、朝風呂がぬるくて...私は我慢できずお湯を足しまくったのですが、母はせっかくの温泉なのにお湯を足すのはと思い我慢したそうです。 またぜひ利用させて頂きたいので、何か対応方法があれば次回教えて頂きたいと思います。

    お風呂が最高ですね。 屋上の露天風呂は、3箇所の高さ違いがあるため、富士山の見え方が違い感動です！雄大な富士山を見ながら、楽しく過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。
