フロントの男性が駐車場の閉鎖を把握しておらず間違えた案内され、駐車まで30分以上かかってしまった

甲府の中でもしっかりと投資されたシティホテルランクのカッチリ感のあるホテルです。 エントランス、フロント、ロビーともに、高級感があり、宴会場バンケット、そのロビーも立派な作りです。 この作りで、部屋で喫煙ができるホテルも少なくなりありがたい限りです。 部屋から見える、南アルプスから富士山のパノラマ、甲府の街並みの景色も素晴らしい。部屋のあかりを消して、月や星空を眺めることができます。 泊まらせていただいた部屋も、文句のつけようがない広さ、作りです。 残念ながら、このレベルのホテルの温泉施設としては、少し乱雑な感じがします。広さや構えはよいのですが、何となく清潔感に欠け、メンテナンスにもう少しお金をかけないと温浴施設レベルに負けてしまいます。 そこが残念なホテルでした。
