준수란 가이세키, 서비스, 방의 청결도와 직원분들의 친절함 모두 좋았습니다. 욕탕에 김이 많이 끼어 앞이 잘 안보이는것과 탕의 사이즈 자체가 크지 않고 욕탕 내 누워서 쉴 설비가 없는건 아쉬웠습니다.

staff is very friendly and kind,but only one men (maybe is owner or manager)is quite rude.due to the big snow,we are arrived after dinner starting time,while we arrive,that guys just come to the parking lot and say you are late!never asking why we come late.and very rude to ask us take out passport for registration,and keep urging us to restaurant . On the next morning,I am try to apologize very coming late,but while this men pass by ,he never greeting just ignore all the guest and walk away! (I am sure this guy is owner or manager, because he have a very bad attitude!!!)

温泉が気持ち良かったです

とにかくお料理が美味しかったです。朝夕ともに一品一品が丁寧で真心が感じられ、一緒に宿泊した母も終始素晴らしい料理に感動していました。地元の食材も取り入れられていて、とても思い出に残る素敵な食事ができました。従業員の皆さんの接客も親切で快適に過ごせました。
